WorkSafeBC, one of the top 100 employers in Canada shares insights on how their HR organization handles recruitment and retention for skilled staff with the use of Oracle PeopleSoft's HCM module. Building on their Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 application and a six sigma review of processes, WorkSafeBC has developed a more robust career portal and deployed Resume Mirror Extraction Enterprise, a resume extraction and processing tool integrated with their Oracle PeopleSoft HCM module. The presentation will cover the overall project, tools selected, partnership with resume extraction provider Talent Technology Corporation, and demonstration of the new tools and career portal.
